Senior Associate – Front End Construction
- Robust stream of major project mandates continuing to grow while much of the market remains subdued.
- High level of responsibility, direct client contact and involvement in nationally significant infrastructure and energy transition projects.
- Exposure to complex energy, renewables, resources, transport and major property development projects across Australia.
- Broad mix of work including procurement strategy, project structuring and negotiation of EPC, EPCM, D&C and O&M arrangements.
- Acting for sophisticated clients including developers, contractors, government bodies, financiers and major energy and mining participants.
- Suited to a front-end construction/projects lawyer at the Senior Associate level, with strong drafting capability and commercial approach to complex transactions.
