The Directorship is young and vibrant with robust practices that have all stayed with the firm for over a decade. They have specifically asked for a ‘hungry’ up and coming workplace relations lawyer that would like to leverage off their strengths to build their first Partnership. They have created a market leading remuneration model that allows you to take ownership of your earnings with profits paid back to the individual on a monthly basis so you benefit directly and often. ​ 

The Role:

This will align with an excellent Work, Health and Safety Specialist with a significant Queensland profile. There is an opportunity to grow your following in tandem with this individual who currently offers end-to-end advices across a range of sectors with relationships primarily at the HR leader and executive level in Queensland.  

​ ​You will also work closely with corporate/commercial and planning teams to offer workplace relations law end-to-end advice as required in government and non-government settings.  

Your Opportunity:

​​This will suit someone at a Senior level in the industry with an excellent acumen with HR leaders and executives that is driven to elevate to Partner level and believes that their abilities will be underpinned by this title to assist in growing and entrenching their own footprint as a valued Partner in the space in Brisbane. ​ 

You will bring with you:

• ​​Minimum of 8 years experience in Workplace Relations Law in Queensland  
• ​The genuine desire to convert to Partner and an openness to Managing Partner support and development in this regard 
• ​Bachelor of Laws, strong academics ​
