During the course of her career Felicity has partnered with Executives across various industries including Environment and Sustainability, Resources, Property, Construction, Engineering, Research and Development and the Law.
Over the last 8 years Felicity has dedicated her own consulting work primarily to the legal sector where she has developed a passion for coaching individual high achievers forward into partnership roles or assisting ambitious partners to reach their practice growth goals, often through detailed uplifting of business plans.Â
This focus has been rooted in her approach of ‘candidate orientated’ consulting; aligning with the best talent and assisting them to reach full potential in the right environment under tailored and strategic timelines.
