The Opportunity:
This is a rare succession opportunity where the incoming Partner will inherit an estates planning aspect of a practice from a high -level commercial Partner who has forged long term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families and businesses seeking strategic advice on estate planning, succession and asset protection.  Â

With over 40 Partners and 250 staff, this firm’s fosters an environment of strong referral network (30-40% of client work is shared throughout firm) and cross-practice collaboration. You’ll have the opportunity to align with corporate and commercial and other niche disciplines to further grow your profile in high-end estate planning matters across the firm’s various clients of business leaders and executives.  Â

About You:
You will bring a core skillset in wills and estate planning. Preferably through a private wealth lense that incorporates succession planning advice.
You are an existing Partner looking to grow your personal span and financial returns personally or alternatively you are a polished Special Counsel with the commerciality to recognise that you are ready to drive your own practice and inheriting the footprint of a retiring 30-year Partner will provide you an excellent runway.
- LLB, Minimum of 10 years post admission experience in Wills and Estates.Â
- Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and deliver strategic, client-focused advice.Â
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to lead and grow a practice, leveraging a strong client base.Â
- Commitment to collaboration and aligned with the firm’s core values of transparency, practical expertise, and continuous improvement.Â
