Associate or Senior Associate – General Litigation

• Join a genuinely collaborative litigation team that is well resourced at all levels including junior and admin support. 
• Role is available due to changing family responsibilities of a few in the group, positive team culture.  
• Varied matters, including insolvency, construction, and general commercial disputes. 

This will stand out to a commercially minded Associate or Senior Associate in Litigation and dispute resolution looking to align with real business outcomes for their clients. This is a unique team of 10 including dedicated admin support who operate as a true team for a range of SME clients across sectors. The role is varied commercial disputes and the group interacts with vibrant and large front end commercial and property teams.  

The team offer a breadth of variety across disputes and are really looking for a litigator that will thrive in a positive team environment; maintaining their culture and enjoyment at work is important to the group. 

The Role:

• Represent clients in litigation matters across courts, including mediations and hearings. 

• Handle a variety of disputes, including construction disputes, property issues, and commercial litigation. 

• Collaborate with the broader team to manage diverse disputes, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients.

• The ability to mentor downwards and a disposition conducive with intelligent and interpersonal client management  

About You:

• 4+ years PQE in litigation and disputes, with exposure to areas such as insolvency, construction, or commercial disputes. 
• Proven ability to manage files, including preparing for and attending mediations and hearings. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commercial mindset. 
• Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a supportive and team-oriented environment. 
• Due to the supportive and well managed team environment, this role is also open to someone seeking the four-day work week.
