- Acting on high-value commercial disputes, regulatory investigations and strategically sensitive litigation across corporates, financial services and government
- Entrenched Counsel position with responsibility for matter strategy, resource allocation and leading multidisciplinary teams
- Operate with genuine autonomy while mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to a high-performing team environment
- Recognised through multiple employer-of-choice and industry awards, with a flexible working model supported by strong technology investment and competitive remuneration
- 8+ years’ PQE in commercial litigation, suited to a Senior Associate stepping into Special Counsel or an established SC seeking a long-term platform
Senior Associate, High-End Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution – Global Firm, Tier One Ranked Team in Brisbane
- Internationally integrated team with exposure to cross-border matters across Asia, the UK, US and Middle East, with collaboration across global offices
- Varied, high-end caseload spanning commercial disputes, class actions, regulatory and internal investigations, and white-collar matters
- Direct engagement with nationally recognised partners across litigation, arbitration and investigations, with end-to-end matter responsibility, mentorship of junior lawyers, and exposure to strategic decision-making
- Collegiate, high-performing team environment with structured support
- 5–8 years PQE in commercial litigation, arbitration or investigations, with experience managing complex matters and stakeholder engagement
Senior Lawyer – Commerical Litigation and Disputes (mixed practice) in Brisbane
- Broad disputes role spanning commercial litigation, insolvency and construction matters, across litigation strategy, statutory demands, bankruptcy proceedings, recovery actions, contract disputes and construction-related claims
- Exposure to a diverse client base including corporates, developers, contractors and insolvency practitioners
- Hands-on position with ownership of files and direct involvement in strategy and client management
- Collaborative team environment with close partner access and opportunities to mentor and develop junior lawyers
- 4–8 years’ PQE with strong commercial disputes experience; insolvency and/or construction exposure advantageous, strong drafting skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
