The Opportunity
This opportunity sits within a well-established Queensland commercial practice that has built a strong reputation advising clients across the transport, logistics and infrastructure sectors. The team acts for a broad range of industry participants, including transport operators, manufacturers, suppliers and government entities, providing commercially focused advice on matters that are critical to the delivery and operation of essential infrastructure throughout Australia.
As investment in transport infrastructure and emerging technologies continues to accelerate, the team is increasingly engaged on projects involving new energy solutions, operational facilities and evolving asset requirements across the sector.
You will advise on a broad range of commercial property and related matters, including:
- Commercial, industrial and infrastructure leasing
- Property acquisitions and disposals
- Due diligence and transaction support
- Development and infrastructure-related property arrangements
- Property aspects of corporate and commercial transactions
- Asset management and operational property matters
- Strategic advice relating to transport depots, logistics facilities and associated infrastructure
The role offers genuine breadth, combining traditional property work with exposure to complex commercial transactions and strategic projects. Work directly with sophisticated clients who value practical advice and a deep understanding of the commercial realities facing their businesses.

About You
- 5+ years’ PQE gained within a recognised commercial property practice
- Strong experience across leasing, acquisitions, disposals and general property transactions
- Exposure to infrastructure, transport, logistics, government or major projects work will be highly regarded
- Commercially minded with the ability to build trusted client relationships
- Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
