About you:
You bring a strong set of skills in asset division, parenting, financial agreements and dispute resolution and mediation. If you are seeking a firm that will allow your practice and individual profile to expand further in W.A. whilst enjoying a professional ‘no politics’ environment than this will appeal. This firm will offer highly competitive rates of remuneration in the 95th percentile upwards for the Perth and Greater Perth regions.
- Minimum 12 years post admission in Family Law
- A broad dispute resolution capability
- Asset division that includes company and trust structures is desirable but not essential
- Bachelor of Laws, strong academicsÂ
