This offers a unique position in a Commercial law firm which requires leadership from a scaling Partner in one or combined areas of practice:
- Taxation
- Estate Litigation
- Superannuation
- Succession
There is currently a very entrenched wills and estates legacy of clients that will be transferred from a Partner moving into retirement.
There is a strong Senior Associate that executes the wills and estates and tax elements required so you will access immediate clients and excellent leverage in Senior as well as junior lawyer support.
Above team, you will be inheriting an array of intergenerational, high-net wealth clients (over 14,000 files) of which there a varied types of legal commercial engagements needed.
What is required is strategic leadership to draw this together to bring an overarching private advisory practice to a full vibrant life in the firm, aligning with a strong Corporate M&A ‘engine room.’
For the right strategic leader, this role will carry a bespoke negotiation around individual remuneration. No outdated financial model archetypes create barriers to negotiation around total remuneration package.
