Leadership have a natural penchant for building practitioners’ profiles and supporting their growth.

Remuneration & Culture:

The firm’s remuneration model recognises responsible fees, referrals received, and referrals made across the partnership, encouraging a genuinely integrated approach rather than siloed practice building. For a partner seeking a stable, well-resourced platform with clear internal demand, this role offers the space to shape, grow and lead an estates function with full support from the partnership.
