Taking an innovative approach to growth, this firm has created an excellent resourcing pipeline for incoming Partners to properly address accurate leverage required to allow them to best execute at the frontline whilst commercially delivering for the client in a competitive market.
They are fixing the resourcing issue and delivering real time profit share back to partners throughout the financial year on and above their monthly draw.
The Role:
The opportunity presents for an existing Partner to work alongside the Managing Director and another key Property law Partner, both highly respected for their commercial advisory approach to clients, in expanding the property practice coverage across the eastern seaboard.
Whilst a collegiate environment and cross referrals are a core value of the business, this role is a key strategic move to expand the property portfolio within complementary areas to those existing. Practice expertise across transactional and advisory matters or complex stream leasing will ‘double down’ on the strength of their property development brand in Queensland.
