Your Opportunity:
Opportunity for an effective Employment Partner and team to join an exceptional partnership group spanning Corporate, Property, Resources, Major Projects and Litigation. There is a clear structural need to add Employment expertise to the existing Partnership locally.
You will have the autonomy to shape the employment practice in W.A. while accessing resources and integration across Workplace Relations nationally. Your team will work on a diverse range of employment matters, supporting high-value projects and transactions. Â

The firm leverages cross-office and cross-practice synergies to drive success. At a high level, over 50% of firm revenue has been sourced by one office or practice group and executed on by another, reflecting the depth of inter-office support. The firm’s top 100 clients operate across multiple offices in different continents, underscoring the firm’s extensive network and shared resources.Â
The Role:
- Lead the development of an employment group within the Perth office, focusing on local and international employment law expertise. Take in complex industrial relations strategy, board and executive advisory.
- Extend client relationships and advise on employment matters across corporate, property, and resource sectors.Â
- Work closely with partners in M&A, Real Estate, and Construction to execute cross-practice referrals.Â
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the Perth office by expanding the employment practice and fostering new client relationships.
About You:
- ​​Minimum of 15 years post admission experience in Workplace Relations in Western Australia.
- Ability to lead strategy and people within a well leveraged team.
- ​Motivated by the connectivity of an integrated global platform and the ability to expand a personal practice further. Â
