This role will suit a Partner that can lead a multifaceted litigation and disputes practice. This maybe your first step into Multi-Partner leadership and that is welcomed. The idea is to create this leadership step for someone externally whilst providing genuine knowledge sharing and strategic advice to excellent practitioners coming through the program.
There are currently two junior Partners executing across employment, partnership, shareholder, intellectual property, banking, and leasing disputes that would benefit from a Head of practice most. However, there are also ample resourcing needs below this and an intricate junior program filtering talent into the group driven by a unique operational head.
This role will draw together a vibrant back-end division that enjoys strong referrals from Corporate and Transactional Property groups. You will bring your own loyal client set to expand this offering but also the strategic commercial thinking to maximise opportunities and returns presented by successful corporate and property groups.
