Your Opportunity:
As the Firm continues to expand nationally, there is a defined need for a commercial litigation and dispute Partner to join its Western Australian cohort.
Aligned nationally with several partners in the group spanning litigation, arbitration, mediation, expert determination, steer your practice strategy autonomously to realise a high return on individual fees generated, alongside access to encouraged referral channels to add a referral stream on top. Structurally, you will align with an entrenched Commerical Partner in Perth as the only Disputes Partner in the WA setting.

About You:
- Established Perth based profile in Commercial Dispute Resolution
- Motivated to position themselves to grow their personal span through Perth based and interstate referral
- Minimum of 12 years post admission experience in litigation and disputes
- Bachelor of Laws, strong academics
