High value public and private M&A & ECM activity including significant matters spanning divestments, privatization and on market exits 100 mil.+ through to billion dollar plus sales and acquisitions and public raises of over $650m+. This group holds an APAC wide reputation in sophisticated deals in resources and infrastructure.   

The Role

This will suit a senior associate that is seeking a direct path to Special Counsel in order to secure themselves a pathway as a generational leader in listed M&A in Australia. Both partners are active in the full spectrum of M&A but need to add more ASX listing expertise to their group. You will have full client access and the ability to contribute to your own narrative beyond this role.  

Your Opportunity

One of the two Partners who has enjoyed an industrious career at the international level is particularly committed to lawyer development in Perth and is active in this regard across the firm. He will work with you to support your career goals and carve out your identity internationally in listed M&A.  

Ideally, we are looking for a corporate lawyer, Senior Associate with 18months + experience at that level who will be able to hit the ground running managing client matters. Developed knowledge of public M&A, ASX listing compliance and rulings advisory matters is key.  

However, I would like to talk to anybody that holds more than four years experience in public M&A through to 10+ as this is a contemporary team environment that is seeking the right individual, not just years of experience on a page.
