The role will ideally suit a senior associate that enjoys the intricacies of industrial relations matters. You will be working on managing industrial action, enterprise bargaining, unfair dismissal and adverse action claims as part of a tier one Workplace group.  It will also take in engagement with executive leadership at ASX 50 companies and other tier-one corporates, handling contentious executive and director engagement matters, restructuring and front-end strategic advices across equal opportunity and anti-discrimination.

Ideally you will bring with you:

  • Bachelor of Laws with strong academics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of employer-driven experience in workplace relations law.
  • A genuine interest in Australian industrial relations, with a desire to delve into complex matters and strategic negotiations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients at the executive level.
